Bizerc Privacy Policy
1. The personal information that you supply to us, which may include your own personal data (“Your Personal Data”) and the personal data of third parties (“Third Party Data”), are held by BIZerc.com and are kept on our database. Such personal data may include:
a) information provided during the registration process
b) personal data contained in a pitch;
c) personal data contained in other content submitted by you;
d) other personal data provided by you to us.
2. We will use Your Personal Data and the Third Party Data to:
a) provide you with our services, which may include (where you subscribe for such service) making Your Personal Data and Third Party Data available for viewing by users of our website;
b) provide our services to registered users of our website;

f) ensure that the content of our website and the services that we offer are tailored to your needs and interests;

3. We will store Your Personal Data and the Third Party Data for so long as you are a registered user of our website. After you cease to be a registered user of our website, we will keep Your Personal Data and the Third Party Data on our records for a period no longer than five (5) years to allow us to respond to any queries or complaints that you or the relevant third party may have. After this time we will delete the Third Party Data from our records (apart from any data that we are required to keep for legal reasons). 4. If you have provided us with photos or a video which may contain your pictures for the purposes of a pitch on our website, we shall retain such media for a period no longer than is necessary.
5. By providing us with Your Personal Data you consent to our transferring your personal data to countries or jurisdictions that do not provide the same level of data protection as is provided in Canada.

If you have provided us with Third Party Data, you confirm that the relevant third party consents to the processing of their personal data including, where relevant, their sensitive personal data and that you have informed them of our identity and the purposes (as set out above) for which their personal data will be processed.
7. You may update Your Personal Data and any Third Party Data that you have provided to us by using the website. Where you notify us that any personal data you have provided to us is out of date, we will use our reasonable endeavours to update this personal data within sixty (60) days of any new or updated personal data being provided to us by you.
8. In the event that you choose to pay for our services we will collect your name, address and card details. We will pass your card details to our payment provider via a secure link and will then immediately delete these card details from our database. We will keep your name and address confidential on our secure database and process these in accordance with this Data Protection and Privacy Notice.
9. We link to a variety of other sites and we display advertisements from third parties on our website. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these websites and third party advertisers, nor for the way in which information about their users is treated. In particular, unless expressly stated, we are not agents for these sites or advertisers nor are we authorised to make representations on their behalf.
10. You are entitled to ask for a copy of Your Personal Data (for which we may charge a small fee) and to have any inaccuracies in Your Personal Data corrected.

However unlikely, if Your Personal Data is inadvertently, or under circumstances not in the control of BIZerc.com, posted or published, BIZerc.com shall not be held liable for any damages you may suffer. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore the originally specified privacy setting of Your Personal Data.
16. Any materials, articles, videos or similar data must be your original work or intellectual process and cannot constitute an infringement on the work or intellectual property rights of others;

You agree to freely relinquish proprietary rights of such materials submitted in favour of BIZerc.com at no cost whatsoever and consent that said materials can be used under conditions that are deemed appropriate by BIZerc.com. No guarantee can be made that BIZerc.com will post or publish any materials submitted. BIZerc.com, in its unfettered discretion, shall decide if any material submitted is suitable for the purposes of its objective and overall web content.
18. Where materials are posted or published and it then comes to the attention of BIZerc.com that said materials were submitted in violation of the above terms and conditions or no longer meet the standards of BIZerc.com, such material may be removed without prior notice. You agree to indemnify BIZerc.com to hold it harmless from any third party claims that it receives from materials you submit.
19. BIZerc.com reserves the right to make editorial changes to any material submitted. Reasonable efforts will be made in order not to alter the essential content or substance of said materials during the editorial process. If such alterations become in BIZerc.com’s opinion necessary, then BIZerc.com may ask that such materials be resubmitted with editorial comments integrated therein.
